About our school
We are proud to be an authorized International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) IB World School. As an IB World School, our staff is involved in an intense reform effort that builds toward continual improvement of our school. As part of this continuous improvement, we will be evaluated by the International Baccalaureate Organization using worldwide educational standards. The content our students learn is aligned with standards of the State of Minnesota, yet with PYP it goes much farther and deeper than those standards.

Six candidates are on the ballot for school board this November. Each were asked to submit a questionnaire with information on their background and plans for our district if they are elected.

South St. Paul Public Schools is excited to add StudentSquare as an add-on to our ParentSquare communications system to connect our staff, coaches, and advisors with students in real time without exchanging personal information.

New this year, South St. Paul Public Schools are asking all families to complete an annual census in Infinite Campus to ensure the district has the correct information for each student and family for the upcoming school year.

South St. Paul Public Schools is hosting a job fair July 31 to connect anyone 16+ with employment opportunities at our schools.
