Lincoln Center Students Donate Bears to Regions Hospital
December is National Kindness Month and Lincoln Center students showed their kindness to children in need. The school worked on a community service project to donate bears to the Children's Toy Closet at Regions Hospital. Lincoln Staff donated money to purchase six large stuffed bears. Throughout the month as students earned Packer Praise tickets, their name went into a drawing to name the bears. Before winter break, one winner was drawn from each grade. The winners named the bears and created an adoption certificate to go with it to the hospital.
The bear name winners are:
- Asher in KG
- Asha in 1st grade
- Murray in 2nd grade
- Alexa in 3rd grade
- Farah in 4th grade
- Nena in 5th grade
