MN Wild Faceoff for Fitness

The Minnesota Wild Faceoff For Fitness Program came to Kaposia for an all-school assembly focusing on physical fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Nordy, Wild Announcer Rusty Kath, Minnesota Wild alumni Stephane Veilleux, and former Minnesota Whitecap and USA Gold and Silver medalist Hannah Brandt were there to discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Two Kaposia students teamed up with Stephanie Veilleux and Hannah Brandt to try faceoff against Nordy in the net. The MN Wild Faceoff for Fitness program donated a set of street hockey equipment to the school and will gave each student a pack of Wild hockey cards, each card featuring a fitness or nutrition tip.
